Standard therapy sessions are 50 minutes long. Sessions are typically held weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your needs and preferences.
Everything discussed in therapy is confidential, with limited exceptions as required by law. Your privacy and trust are paramount to the therapeutic relationship.
Every family or individual has personal needs that are central to their goals, and treatment duration can vary. Some folks see improvement from even the first session. We will evaluate progress, adjust goals, and process approach during the 10-session mark, and establish a goal post for future evaluations at that point.
