I've been fortunate to work with individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
As a forever student, I'm constantly working toward connecting research to practice, increasing my skills toolbox, and deepening my compassion for others. In the therapeutic relationship, I aim to create a safe and supportive environment that empowers those I work with to explore their emotions and experiences, working towards greater self-awareness, self-acceptance, and self-confidence.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual's unique needs. I'm currently focused on providing excellent care through evidence-based therapeutic modalities, continuing education in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
